We can offer a complete service that includes the supply of castings only; alternatively datum machined, or finished components. Our engineers and project managers are ready to help you choose from all the available options and to select the most cost-effective processes.
Services include:
Precision sand castings in magnesium and aluminium alloys. Lost wax investment castings in aluminium, copper-based and magnesium alloys. Fully machined and finished, or datum machined cast components. We work closely with another group company, Tridan Engineering of Clacton, who have extensive experience in machining all of these alloys. Engineering assistance with materials and process selection, foundry-compatible design, and cost-reduction projects. Prompt quotations to clients' requirements. Specification, supply and maintenance of all tooling. Metal treatments which include fluoride anodising; chromating and surface sealing of magnesium castings; anodising of aluminium castings; painting to specification; HIPping; heat treatment. Computer tracking of all current orders.
