• Fully documented written process procedures at all stages of manufacture.

• Total product traceability.

• Facilities for full dimensional inspection, mark-out and sample reports.

• Extensive radiography and penetrant flaw detection.

• Spectrographic metal analysis prior to pouring.

• Testing for mechanical properties of test bars from every melt.

• Metallography and process control laboratory.

• Foundry engineering for all aspects of process control and measurement.

• Computer simulated solidification programme is available where 3-D CAD design data are used. This can help to facilitate foundry methods.

• Regular calibration of all process gauges and equipment.
