Sand Castings

Modern microprocessor controlled semi-automatic moulding lines are used to produce very high quality chemically bonded sand moulds, free from distortion and dimensionally consistent, up to a maximum size of 1300 × 1300 × 1000mm. This very flexible system can handle large or small batch quantities. With suitable tooling, the need for moulding boxes is completely eliminated.

Moulds and cores are put together on special assembly lines and finished moulds are transferred to dedicated pouring areas.

Large moulds are made and assembled in the floor moulding areas, to the same high standards of accuracy, using the same moulding materials. High quality pattern equipment can be made of of resin, metal or wood, according to the quantities to be made off it.
