We supply precision sand castings and lost-wax investment castings fully conforming to international aerospace quality standards. Nearly all the production and quality verification processes are done on site, so that we have total control of our product.

Materials produced are primarily magnesium and aluminium alloys and our policy is to be proactive in cooperating with design engineers to help select the best material and process for any given situation.

Our castings are used in a wide variety of applications, which include structural fuselage parts, flight control systems, power transmission gearboxes, fuel systems, environmental control systems, aero engines, landing gear, and many other areas.

The photographs show a variety of magnesium castings supplied to Airbus for the Raytheon Hawker Jet aircraft, and large magnesium power transmission gearbox castings used by Agusta Westland on the Lynx helicopter.
